- HOW HIGH CAN YOU JUMP?
Kangoo Jumps rebounds shoes provide a low impact workout, so it’s much more about the low impact bounces, than high jumps. However the more someone can use the boots with proper technique, the higher she/he can jump.
- KANGOO JUMPS REBOUND SHOES CAN BE USED OUTSIDE?
Actually Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes were made for outside use. Originally they were designed for runners who have joint issues or injuries. So yes, they are perfect for outside use as well as indoor use. They can be used on any surface that you would use your running shoes. The harder the surface, he easier it is to use them.
- CAN I USE THEM IF I HAVE BAD KNEES?

Yes we have boots for up to 350 lbs. The smalls pair is size 1 kids size from 45 lbs up and the biggest adults size is size 15 for up to 350 lbs.
